We can offer our customers a wide range of material handling equipment, from powered conveyors, elevators and roller tracking to simple mechanical bagging trolleys and frames.
Available as standard in 3m or 4m lengths (custom lengths available) and can be used in conjunction with a continuous hot air heat sealer like the SH1000, to considerably speed up your bagging process. Our conveyors are supplied as part of the Autopacker set-up or can be supplied with Digital scale, heatsealer and control box as an upgrade package on existing Pre-packer range.

Conveyors can be supplied with manual bag tipplers, powered bag turners or bag kickers to manoeuvre bags onto elevators as required.

Elevators can be supplied in 2m, 3m or 4m lengths as required and come with adjustable height legs to suit different elevation angles as required. As with our conveyor range all elevators have high-quality HD rubber lagged drive drums, the elevators also come with grip top belts to aid bag travel on steep inclines.
Squasher units and vibrating tables can also be added to elevator systems to prepare bags for robot pick-up stations.
